ArtistA small but elegant room in a Victorian-style palace with a large window overlooking a typical Victorian garden. In the center of the room stands a round, wooden table surrounded by five finely-carved chairs. A magnificent anthropomorphic ant queen, dressed in the style of a Roman empress and wearing a golden crown, sits on one of the chairs. An anthropomorphic German spaniel sits on anthother chair. The anthropomorphic german spaniel has uniform glossy reddish-brown fur that shimmers in the light. The anthropomorphic German spaniel wears an elegant dark green dress and carries a brown leather bag on its right side with the strap of the bag draped over the spaniel's left shoulder. The anthropomorphic German spaniel holds a small leather coin purse in one paw. The leather coin purse is brown with a silver moon sickle stitched on it. Three anthropomorphic cats sit on the other three chairs. The first anthropomorphic cat is fully white, the second anthropomorphic cat is orange and roundish and the third cat is an elderly tabby. The three anthropomorphic cats wear red robes and cloaks and carry a rapier in a sheath attached to their belt. Plates and cups sit on the table in front of them. Cookies rest on a platter in the center of the table next to a steaming pot of tea.
Queen Formica is full of recognition to her new-found friends. She spends some time as a guest in Caninia and works hard to repair the damage Lord Laverno has inflicted. Among other things she has brought belated, though lavish wedding gifts for King Charles Spaniel and Queen Aphrodite Giant: bales of the finest Antonesian silk, a set of fine Antonesian crockery and the largest barrel of fermented honeydew ever made.
But Queen Formica also has one request. and that is that Agatha Misty and the tree Wiskerteers assist her once more for the good of her nation - and the world. Lord Laverno has fled and so far, no one seems to know where he has gone. He has inflicted great damage on Antonesia, damage that will take years, perhaps even decades, to repair. He must be found and apprehended before he can start regaining power. In addition, shortly after he disappeard, the royal blacksmith of Antonesia vanished as well and with him, all sunsteel known to Queen Formica in Antonesia. Queen Formica fears that Lord Laverno may already be planning his next move. She warns her friends that he is very crafty and has some knowledge of magic, although she does not know how much he magic he is capable or what his exact powers consist of. She does know, from experience, that he can be very persuasive as well as charming and even carismatic, when he wants to be. And so she asks Agatha Misty and the Wiskerteers to help her in this most important quest of catching Lord Laverno.
Agatha Misty and her friends agree to help, but first, they ask for some time to bring their fallen friend's ashes to the temple of the moon and honor Lord Dogula's final request.
