Look at the Image's subject carefully. Is the subject facing the window, or are the subject's feet facing backwards ? Most likely, the subject is a human who is facing the window but whose shape is ambiguous.

However, folklore does record cryptids with feet that face backwards, e.g., the Kalanoro, the Abarimon, and the Curupira. The Ciguapa is described as exclusively female, but the Image's subject could be a Ciguapa in a trenchcoat or, at a stretch, a previously unknown male (!?) Ciguapa.

On the other hand, who knows if cryptids truly have the genders they appear to have ? There is certainly no reason to believe that liminal creatures like astral cryptids would have the same sexual anatomy as humans - or any animal, for that matter. Perhaps gendered traits are taken as part of a disguise, in order to present oneself as, say, a seductive female, or a heroic male.

Consider also that the backwards-facing feet themselves might be an illusion cast to confuse mortal viewers. Hypothetically, even mortal sorcerers might undertake this kind of illusion-casting. Some liminal creatures like Shadow People could probably create whatever silhouette they wanted to present.

All in all, then, I guess I have to label this one as 'Type Undetermined.'

By the way, the phrase "only best-rated in series" means that all the others came out with too many problems to show in Published form, but which I wanted to keep for whatever reason.
