TITLE CARD:
“IRON HARVESTERS FROM PLANET 9”
(A Starlight Pictures Production — In Wide-Angle Technicolor Terror!)
[Cue ominous theremin. The camera pans across a desolate Martian valley… the wind howls… dust drifts over rows of perfect, parallel furrows. Then—metallic movement. A glint. A leg. A shadow the size of a house.]
VOICEOVER (with 1950s gravitas):
In the year 2073… humanity reached for the stars… and found them already occupied!
They came without warning… colossal, gleaming, relentless — machines of impossible design, striding across the deserts beneath an alien moon!
CUT TO: a scientist clutching his clipboard — “They’re not building… they’re… they’re planting something!”
VOICEOVER:
But the truth… was far worse.
For these were no mere invaders of metal and wire — they were the Harvesters from Planet 9… and what they came to reap… was us.
[Cue screaming civilians, collapsing radio towers, close-up of a terrified woman framed in a blue glow.]
VOICEOVER (rising):
From beyond the rim of the solar system comes the greatest menace ever unleashed upon man — cold, tireless, and patient as time itself!
See! The moonlit march of the Iron Legions!
Hear! The whisper of their signal through every frequency on Earth!
Feel! The ground tremble as they draw closer… closer… CLOSER!
[The theremin crescendos. A massive metallic claw crashes through a laboratory window. Sparks fly. The poster slogan blazes across the screen in red lettering]
“They came not to plant… but to reap!”
