ArtistA mosaic made entirely of small pieces of stone, in the style of Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt, in brilliant high-contrast glassy colors, of a Bearded vulture (Gypaetus barbatus) flying overhead and looking down at us, against a mostly blue sky with wispy clouds
A mosaic of an adult Bearded Vulture (Gypaetus barbatus) flying closely overhead and looking down at us, against a mostly blue sky with swirling clouds. A vulture looking closely at us implies the question, will I die soon?
The bearded vulture is the only known vertebrate whose diet consists of 70–90% bones.
