Yet another vintage location from the MUG (Multi-User Adventure) game Wanderland, which was playable by dialling-in over the telephone network using a Modem. There were quite a few of these MUGs (such as: MUD, Shades, Gods, Amp, Rock, Shire) in the mid-1980's, inspired by Richard Bartle (lecturer at Essex University). You'd run round the game, collecting T (treasure) and dropping it in a standard location (such as "The Swamp") and killing other players, like an RPG dungeon.
