So here starts the story of the challenge with @Gipsy Cat from my side. It's important you know also the background story otherwise you will not understand some details. Thanks for following.
Echo's mum, (right on the picture) gave birth to 3 cubs (on the left). Echo is the one in the background.
-----
Underneath the city’s stone and grime,
Echo was born in a pit, far from prime.
A darkened place where shadows loom,
A bear cub's life began in gloom.
With fur of brown and eyes so bright,
Echo entered the world without much light.
In a pit with walls so high and steep,
Where dreams of the wild couldn't seep.
Two siblings lay close, small and weak,
A mother’s warmth, but futures bleak.
Echo, the oldest, stood firm and tall,
In a place where hope seemed small.
Their mother’s eyes, a weary gleam,
Told tales of forests, of rivers and streams.
But in the pit, no trees did grow,
Just cold hard stone, and an iron woe.
Echo’s heart, though young, felt the strain,
Of a life confined, of endless pain.
With each passing day, a silent plea,
For a world beyond, for a chance to be free.
The city above, unaware, uncaring,
Of the bear family's burden, forever bearing.
Yet in Echo’s gaze, a spark would ignite,
A dream of escape, a future bright.
In the still of night, beneath the city’s din,
Echo dreamed of forests, of the wild within.
A bear born in captivity, longing for more,
A heart full of courage, ready to soar.
