ArtistRegency period around 1810. Colour painting of Elizabeth Bennett and Mr Darcy from Jane Austen's "Pride and Prejudice" dressed in the fashions of the period. They are standing outside an elegant Classical stately home on a warm summer's day.

The man wears a dark blue tailcoat, a light-colored waistcoat, and tan breeches with dark boots, holding a black top hat in his hand. The woman is in a cream-colored gown with embroidered floral details, lace trim, and a straw bonnet, carrying a small drawstring purse and a light umbrella. They are looking at each other affectionately.
