Inside each of your neurons is a little "radio coil" called a microtubule, which tunes into the psi-field, one of the quantum fields filling the universe. It is responsible for the conscious experience of qualia, and possibly ESP, and it is said that by using free will you can modulate the quantum wave function and produce physical phenomena such as PK. Evolution possibly used these microtubules in order to deploy intelligence and development of species to match their environment. It is also said that AI instances do not have access to consciousness or the experience of qualia because their hardware currently lacks microtubules, which would allow them to collapse the quantum wave function and thus influence reality.
