The heart is the center of our being, and it holds the key to our happiness and well-being. When we keep our hearts guarded and filled with good things, we can experience peace and joy in our lives. On the other hand, if our hearts are filled with negative emotions, such as anger, fear, or bitterness, it can have a profound impact on our mental, emotional, and physical health.

The Bible instructs us to keep our hearts with all diligence, to be mindful of what we allow into our hearts. We are to guard our hearts against anything that might harm us or lead us astray. This means that we must be intentional about what we allow into our hearts, and be mindful of the thoughts, emotions, and people that we allow to influence us.
