As human beings, we often find ourselves in situations where we feel anxious, worried, or stressed. It's easy to get caught up in the chaos of our daily lives and forget about the peace that is available to us through Christ. However, as followers of Christ, we are called to let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts.

In Colossians 3:15, the Apostle Paul writes, "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, for as members of one body you are called to peace. And be thankful." This verse is a reminder that we are part of one body in Christ, and as such, we are called to live in peace with one another.

But how do we let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts? It starts with a decision. We must choose to let go of our worries and fears and trust in God's plan for our lives. We must surrender our hearts to Him and allow Him to fill us with His peace.

This is not always easy. We live in a world that is full of chaos and uncertainty, and it can be tempting to try to take control of our lives and fix everything ourselves. But the truth is, we cannot control everything. We must learn to trust in God and His plan for our lives.

When we choose to let the peace of Christ rule in our hearts, we are acknowledging that God is in control. We are surrendering our fears and worries to Him and allowing Him to work in our lives. We are also choosing to live in peace with those around us, recognizing that we are all part of one body in Christ.
