More about Dreamworld City Skyline Best landscape with Backstory re Saudade

This might look like Biggs City (qv), another of my literary creations illustrated on DDG - However, I recognize this place from my dreams.

This image inspires in me a feeling called saudade in Portuguese, which means yearning for something you never had. I guess I never really lived in this city in any material form, but in my dreams, I have walked its streets and flown into its skies. Naturally, I yearn to live in the dream-world's cities on a semi-permanent basis, but of course it'll never happen.

That's saudade.

There's only one other explanation for my recognition that I can come up with, i.e., that this cityscape might resemble a real city on this Earth or on an alternate Earth, and I was incarnated there. This would make my recognition a past-life memory.

I can almost hear all the skeptics who would say that I'm suffering from false memories. What can I say ? I don't think so, because the saudade is so powerful - I wouldn't have bothered writing all of this down, if I thought I was deluded. In the end, I invite you to believe what you like, Dear Reader. I just thank you for reading this, and taking the journey with me.
