As followers of Jesus, we are called to be very determined in our walk with Him. We are called to take up our cross and follow Him, leaving the world behind us. This requires a steadfast commitment to our faith and a willingness to surrender our will to God's will.

The world behind us represents the things of this world that distract us from our relationship with God. It is the temptation to pursue worldly pleasures and desires instead of seeking God's will for our lives. As we leave the world behind us, we are called to set our minds on things above and to seek first the kingdom of God.

As we strive to be very determined in our walk with Jesus, let us look to Him as our source of strength and guidance. Let us fix our eyes on the cross and remember the love that was demonstrated for us there. And let us press on, leaving the world behind us and never turning back, until we reach our eternal home in heaven.
