This hooded figure was sighted more than a dozen times in the area around Magnuson Park in Seattle. Although dubbed "Shadowman" by locals, this figure differed from Shadow People in several respects, most notably because it gave out its own illumination, a soft white light, as shown here. The figure depicted in #5B was not self-illuminating, leading some to label 5B a hoax (q.v.).
