The Adventures of Arthur & the Teddy Bear: Mysterious Forest #4
Arthur and Teddy Bear were trying to keep up with the dark cat, and they didn't realize they were deep in the forest . The forest had become so thick that even the sun's rays could not penetrate the treetops. Day turned into night. They walked along a mysterious path, Arthur lighting the way with a kerosene lamp, it was so dark. But something seemed to be happening around them, the forest seemed to be alive.
"Arthur, you said we were just going to go for a little while," said Teddy Bear in a frightened voice.
"Yes, Teddy Bear, I did..."
"Then why have we been walking along this strange path for so long? I don't see any end to this forest."
"I'd like to get out of here myself, Teddy Bear, but it seems... it seems we've taken a wrong turn somewhere," Arthur replied, puzzled.
"Well, great! You mean we're lost!?"
"Well... something like that," Arthur smiled awkwardly, although he really wasn't laughing at all.
"Actually, it's very strange here, Arthur. I feel like someone is watching us."
"Yes, these trees look so interesting, as if someone is appearing from them. Maybe they are forest animals? Maybe they want to play with us?"
"Oh, don't say that, Arthur, please! All the cotton wool inside me is already twisted and tied in a knot," Teddy Bear continued to murmur frightenedly.
"Oh, so it's ... It's the cats," Arthur almost whispered. "That's who we saw near the forester's hut. But they don't look very much like Barefoot."
"So there's a reason why adults warn children not to go to this forest?" asked Teddy Bear.
"I guess so," Arthur said. He peered into the darkness, trying to see the light that would indicate the edge of the forest. But so far he hadn't been able to see anything.
