A complex, multi-layered surrealist and allegorical composition, featuring a symmetrical arrangement of arches, staircases, and platforms creating a dreamlike architectural structure. The upper section depicts a dark celestial sky with numerous shining golden lights, and a depiction of the Creation of Adam with hands reaching towards each other. The upper left includes a detailed gray marble bust of a classical man against a full moon in the sky. The upper right includes an abstract Cubist portrait of a woman's face. The middle and lower sections feature various scenes contained within circular and arched openings. These scenes include a lone figure sitting by the ocean under a full moon, a person riding a horse into a sunset over the sea, a person looking at planets in a night sky, and abstract art within arches. Red curtains drape from some of the arches. Light bulbs hang throughout the structure, illuminating parts of it. The bottom right features a large, detailed, realistic sculpture of a human face in shades of gray. The floor of the structure is a black and white checkered pattern.
