Although this looks like a 20th Century Earth neighborhood, it's really from a very successful exo-planet.

Krow City is colloquial for Kropotkin City, presumably the whole city but referring particularly to Downtown, the Southside, and the suburbs.

By contrast, "Krowtown" consists of the Uptown, Northside, and Dockside areas. The total population for the greater metropolitan area is 3.7 million.

TERRANOVA is the oldest permanent human colony world outside the Solar System / Oort Cloud Complex. After a turbulent frontier period, the colony world has become united in a thriving socialist utopia. Terranova circles the star Eos.
