While running along the shore, Amanda got knocked over by a huge wave. Maybe she can stand up again before the next one comes in. Or maybe she doesn't want to :) She notices that her shoes have been swept into the sea. Will she dive in, wearing that expensive ballgown, and look for them? Suddenly the big wave totally sweeps over her, drenching her through from head to foot, and sweeping her into the sea. She thrashes around screaming, her feet unable to touch the sea bed, and lets the sea swirl her around like a fairground ride. She spots her shoes floating some way ahead and swims towards them, her long skirt tangled round her legs. She bobs up and down in the swirling sea, not caring about her expensive ballgown, enjoying the feel of it clinging all over her, and finding it wonderful to swim in. Diving under the next big wave, she somersaults over and over in the waves, successfully putting on her shoes, then leans back and lets the waves sweep her back to shore. She lands on the beach with a squeal of delight, and immediately runs back into the sea, water pouring out of her dress, for some more fun :)
