I originally wanted to create a floating castle, so I used the A.I. to create a clockwork background and a free-floating castle seperately, using base images found on the web and varying them as much as possible. I then compiled a simple digitial collage, showing the castle afloat in front of the the clockwork background and used that as the base image to create a text-to-image finished piece. As you can see, the A.I. couldn't quite grasp the idea that I wanted the castle to float magically and integrated into the clockwork world instead. I'm not even mad, though, because the end result is epic. Once again, I feel happy with the piece as an example of original, creative work because I don't think the A.I. could have produced it using a text-prompt alone- it needed the digitial collage. However, the quality remains higher than something I could have produced without the A.I.'s assistance. I like to think that this is what's meant by human/A.I. collaboration.
