Isaiah 64:8 (NIV) - "Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand."

In Isaiah 64:8, we are reminded of the beautiful analogy of God as the potter and us as the clay. Just as a potter skillfully moulds clay into vessels of purpose and beauty, God desires to shape and mould us, His beloved children, into vessels that reflect His glory. He knows us intimately, and through the process of preparation, shaping, refining, and firing, He transforms us into vessels that carry His love, truth, and grace to the world. As we surrender ourselves to His loving touch, let us trust in His perfect plan for our lives and embrace the ongoing work of the Divine Potter within us.
