Mike runs the IGDA Unity SIG, the Fort Collins Unity SIG and, as you can intuit from that, is a game developer. He's helped create programs to help the hearing impaired (Cochlea Implant), help scientists with their space-borne experiments (SPOCSIM for NASA) and many other programs and games.
