She (peony woman) is wearing a stunning and innovative dress made of petals of peonies, with embroideried violets placed strategically about. She is in the process of of having her mind blown, which entails blowing the peonies off her head, but leaving the violets intact, as well as the startlingly lovely peony dress. The author can only say that when she saw such an ensemble, she was beyond enchanted.
