Even though Alice tried to tread carefully, It didn't take long before another resident of the Zone caught wind of her presence: She had barely noticed a rustling noise coming from the nearby woods when a giant hideously mutated boar charged through the undergrowth! Had she trespassed on its territory? Did the mutant attack her because it was hungry? Or was it simply maddened by the rot eating away at its brain? Alice did not waste time to contemplate. She turned away and ran as fast as she could! But she knew she stood no chance against the beast in the long run, her headstart shrinking dramatically every time she risked a quick glance behind.
Just when she thought she couldn't take it anymore something unexpected happened: Hearing another rustling noise from the side of the road, Alice at first thought that another mutant was joining the hunt, cutting her off and eliminating the last bit of hope she had. But it was no mutant. A stalker stepped out of the bushes, her rifle readily aimed at the monster...
