Dogula, an anthropomorphic Transylvanian hound. Dogula wears black robes and a black cloak with a high collar and prominently shows his long canines protruding past his lower lip. Dogula holds a staff made of ebony which has a faintly glowing moonstone inset at the top. Dogula stands on a hilltop. In the valley below him, several armies of anthropomorphic animals in battle formations ready to attack the fortress. The first army is an army of anthropomorphic crocodiles in ancient Egyptian style armor, some in ancient Egyptian style chariots pulled by varanids. On anthropomorphic crocodile carries a yellow banner with styalized green crocodile as emblem. The second army is an army of anthropomorphic cats in ancient Persian style armor, some mounted on tigers also in battle armor. One anthropomorphic cat carries a red banner with the emblem of a black cat with emerald eyes. The third army is an army of anthropomorphic dogs in mideaval European style armor, chihuahuas in the armor of European knigts are mounted on borzois in armor similar to that of horses. One anthropomorphic dog carries a blue banner with the emblem of a styalized dog. The fourth army is an army of anthropomorphic ants in ancient Roman style armor, some mounted on chariots pulled by beetles, some mounted on the beetles. One anthropomorphic ant carries a white banner with a brown styalized ant as emblem. The fifth army is an army of anthropomorphic snakes in ancient Indian style armor. One anthropomorphic ant carries an emerald green banner with the emblem of a golden cobra. The air around the armies shimmers in the heat of the day and is hazy and the army seems etherial almost like a mirage. Dogula and all five armies are seen from behind and attacking the fortress. A winding road leads from the fortress to the valley bottom. An army of anthropomorphic cockroaches marches in ranks of four side-by-side through the gates of the fortress towards the valley. The anthropomorphic cockroaches wear black armor with a large red pentagram engraved on the front. The anthropomorphic cockroaches carry halberds in their hands and bows slung over their shoulders. The anthropomorphic cockroaches carry quivers attached to their belts. Each quiver is filled with black arrows with red feathers. The army of cockroaches is led by an anthropomorphic alligator wearing ancient Egyptian-style clothing and holding a staff made of birchwood with a melanite garnet inset at the top. Magical explosions shoot from Dogula's staff and hit the army of cockroaches.
In the valley below the fortress, Lord Dogula realizes he is outnumbered several thousand to one. Even with all his power, he cannot defeat the army that is now barreling down on him. Never in his wildest dreams could he have imagined that the School of Death and its Archmage had such an army at their disposal. Notos did mention there were a lot of soldiers, but he could not name exact numbers, since this fact, like so many others, were shared only on a need-to-know basis. Lord Dogula can only hope that his friends can stop the ritual before the portal to the demon plane is opened and stabilized. In the meantime, he will do his bit to ward off this army, confuse or even kill them. His greatest worry is the mage who leads the army. He might prove deadly, if he realizes that Lord Dogula's 'army' is merely a mirage.
