Prompt

Use the supplied latest Chapter 33 Part 1 image as the primary reference. Preserve the entire composition, all established main characters, their exact appearance and positions, the frozen raindrops, Hopsy’s glowing lantern, Eldren and his map, the Ancient Well, the stopped clock tower, wet cobblestones, lighting and painterly storybook style. Make only the following corrections: REMOVE the two small human figures currently standing in the background behind the Ancient Well. Do not replace them with any other people or characters. That area must contain no extra figures. ADD the impossible narrow road from the story. Behind and slightly to the LEFT of the Ancient Well, create a clearly visible narrow alley between two old Mistmoor houses that appear as though they normally should almost touch. The alley must look newly and impossibly opened between the buildings. It slopes gently downward and disappears into dense grey mist. The entrance to this mysterious road must be clearly recognizable from the foreground and should occupy the background area where the two unwanted human figures currently stand. Inside the alley there is NO person or creature. On the dry stones just inside the mist, show one faint wet footprint. Do not change Morksik, Borstel, Hopsy or Eldren. Do not add duplicate characters. Do not add any additional humans, Morks, animals or creatures. Keep the frozen rain suspended in mid-air and preserve the stopped village clock. No captions, no chapter title, no readable text. Preserve the small white unicorn emblem with “AI by Unicorngraphics” discreetly in the bottom-right corner.

Chapter 33 The Road That Remembered Morksik Part 1 The Eighth Minute
The silver light vanished into the Ancient Well, but the rain did not begin falling again. Thousands of drops remained suspended above Mistmoor like tiny glass beads. Morksik reached toward the nearest. “Don’t,” said his older self. Morksik stopped. “I was only going to look at it.” Borstel stared at him. “With your finger?” “It is an excellent finger for looking.” Hopsy raised her lantern. Its warm glow scattered through the frozen rain. Around them Mistmoor remained perfectly still. No chimney smoke moved. No curtain stirred. Archivara stood beside the Ancient Well with her book open. Across the page remained the words SEVEN MINUTES — OUTSIDE RECORDED TIME. Beneath them another line slowly appeared. MINUTE EIGHT — UNCONFIRMED. “There shouldn’t be an eighth minute,” said Eldren. The Keeper looked toward the village clock. Its hands had not moved. “There isn’t.” Borstel pointed at Archivara’s book. “Your book seems less certain.” “My book is never uncertain.” A new word appeared beneath the sentence. CORRECTION. Then another. FAILED. Archivara closed the book. “My book is occasionally thoughtful.” Morksik looked at his older self. His outline flickered faintly, as though the frozen moment could no longer decide whether he belonged inside it. “You said seven travellers,” Morksik reminded him. “The Keeper said there should have been seven. The record says I was the seventh traveller before I arrived. I would appreciate an explanation containing fewer impossible things.” “So would I,” said the older Morksik. “You don’t know?” “I knew once. Then Mistmoor forgot.” Eldren unfolded his damaged map. A thin silver line had appeared near its northern edge where no road was drawn. “This wasn’t here before.” The line began at the Ancient Well and crossed the map toward a row of houses. Then it continued straight through them. Hopsy frowned. “There’s no road there.” Grimmeldorn suddenly turned his head. Moss shifted across his shoulders. His red eyes fixed upon the far side of the square. “Road,” he said. Between two narrow houses stood an alley. Morksik was certain it had not been there moments earlier. The buildings should have touched. Yet now a passage ran between them into grey mist. Hopsy lowered her lantern. “Did Mistmoor just grow a street?” “Perhaps it was always there,” said the Keeper. “I have lived here longer than most of these houses,” said Archivara. “It was not.” Borstel nodded. “Excellent. A mysterious road appearing during a minute that doesn’t exist. We are finally returning to normal.” Morksik stepped toward the alley. Something tightened inside his chest. He knew those stones. He knew the cracked wall and the bent drainpipe. He knew that after twelve steps the road would turn slightly downhill. “I’ve been here.” Eldren looked at him. “When?” “Never.” Morksik walked forward.
