Well recently my GP put me on Amlodipine in order that my BP is below 135 for my forthcoming cataract op. Last week, just after my shingles calmed down, he changed the dosage from 5mg to 10mg, as there were still some 140's in there. Since I haven't been swimming for a couple of weeks, due to the shingles blisters, I've just gone back to long walks (about 3 miles or so), and was amazed when I got home just now to get a 111 BP, compared to the recent 140's. So until I start swimming again in about six weeks, I shall be doing various long walks in the area. Not as much fun as swimming, but I need the low BP. The GP's asked me to start logging them again after the cataract op, so I'll see how it goes :) Hope I'm not boring you, but nowadays I do all my blogging on DDG now. It's not worth running a home website, particularly with no cable, only 5G WiFi, and third party webspace providers get hacked too easily. I'm gradually weaning myself off the Web anyway, there are far more important things to do in the final 14 years on this planet :)
