Photorealistic vertical portrait photograph (9:16, waist-up medium shot) of a young athletic man sitting on a black padded gym bench in a home gym. SUBJECT: shirtless, lean and defined build, broad shoulders, visible pecs and six-pack abs, warm tanned skin completely coated in a glossy layer of sweat/oil with strong wet specular highlights. Thick dark brown tousled wavy hair with loose textured strands falling across his forehead. Fair-skinned face, soft jawline. EXPRESSION & POSE: calm, focused, faintly brooding; head tilted down, gaze cast down and to his left (away from camera), eyes half-lidded, mouth relaxed and closed. Relaxed slouch leaning back against the bench, shoulders rounded slightly forward, elbows tucked in, right hand loosely hooked on the front of his waistband, left arm resting along his thigh. WARDROBE: light grey heather cotton sweatpants with a white drawstring, soft and slightly wrinkled, sitting low on the hips. ENVIRONMENT: warm vertical light-wood slat wall paneling behind him; a black steel squat rack upright with bolt holes on the far left edge, out of focus; dark rubber gym floor in the foreground with black hexagonal dumbbells stacked bottom-left, blurred; black leather bench with visible stitching and a metal frame leg at bottom right. LIGHTING: soft directional studio light from upper left, producing broad glossy highlights down the chest, deltoids and abs, warm color temperature, gentle falloff into shadow on the right side. CAMERA: 50mm lens, f/2.0, shallow depth of field, subject tack-sharp, background softly blurred, camera slightly above eye level. Clean modern fitness photography, natural skin texture, high dynamic range, muted warm color grading, no text, no watermark.
Medium shot of a handsome male model with a muscular build, dark brown curly hair, looking down, sitting on a gym bench, shirtless, glistening sweat on his toned chest, wearing light grey sweatpants, in an indoor gym setting with wooden slat walls, a squat rack in the background, dumbbells on the floor, bright natural light coming from a window on the left.
