My poetry hit the spot however my image was a flop. Points well taken. Sometimes a chord doesn't strike the right tune. Not everyday is a win, life isn't life if you're to fragile to roll with ups and downs.

No use in crying over spilt milk. Nor should others. Pick yourself back up and make a new run.

However some days you have no more, tries, all out of runs...

In those days you must know you did your best. Take stock of how you played the game. Improve what you can and contemplate the rest. In these moments if you find you didn't give it your best effort a sadness shall linger.

For in a failure their is fertile ground for growth. In this contemplation new ideas are much more likely to manifest. Sometimes the best that can be done, is the best that can be done. You give your greatest effort, you prepare for the worst, and you accept whatever comes your way.

PS. Sweet muse, there is much pain in this world. Many times you have brought me joy when I was in a sorrowful mood. I hold on to self pity to often. I will spend more time letting go of my pain, I find it is a continuing practice I must actively engage. What I mean to say is you hold a harbor for me to ease my mind, and in this space I am able to let go of my pitiful ways.
