As you remember, I recently had a cataract operation and subsequently an eye test and two new pairs of glasses, whic I remain quite happy with :) However, this morning by email SpamSavers sent a THIRD INSTANCE of the customer survey email; I received and filled in the first shortly after I collected my new glasses, and about a week ago SpamSavers dared to utter a SECOND instance, which I momentarily ignored and deleted. However, as stated above, this morning SpamSavers shat a THIRD instance at me, thereby destroying any trust I had for SpamSavers. Therefore on my way back from Lidl this morning, I handed a letter to SpamSavers thanking them for their excellent service in the production of my new glasses, and warning SpamSavers that it can no longer talk to me by either email or GPO mail (I had already retracted my mobile number, due to a different incident). So be warned, SpamSavers, "old grannies" DO stand up for their attention rights, and DO NOT TOLERATE this type of communication invasion! It joins my killfile of other offending vendors -- full details on request :) P.S. I am not losing out, as there are plenty of other opticians in my town, one of which is always canvassing me to buy glasses from them -- maybe I will. Have fun!
