His papers always seem suspiciously in order, yet the experienced port administators cannot shake the feeling that Störte Becker would not shy away from shady dealings if it profited him. They also suspect him of being in the pay of Don Mastiffioso, but they have never been able to prove a link.
Agatha Misty thanks the clerk and asks where she can find this Störte Becker. Unfortunately he has set sail for the port of Otterwa, the port city of the land of Otters.
