A haunting medieval portrait of a a group dancing around a bonfire. In the background can be seen down into a village. Autumn colors. It is All Hallows Eve so there is a cornucopia theme, and hay stocks.
A wide horizontal view depicts a surreal, autumnal harvest festival in a pastoral landscape at night, lit by several blazing campfires and multiple full moons hanging in a cloudy sky. In the background, rolling hills stretch beneath a distant village of warmly lit houses and sparse autumn trees. In the midground, five giant figures made of straw, corn stalks, and twigs stand in a row, each wearing a crown of leaves and holding a basket overflowing with apples. Between these towering straw guardians, smaller figures dressed in period clothing dance hand-in-hand in a circle around the fires. The foreground is littered with scattered pumpkins, gourds, and baskets filled with apples, creating a rich texture of harvest bounty under a golden, fire-lit palette.
