Grover Cleveland Alexander has two wins in the 1926 World Series, including the victory in Game 6. Once the greatest pitcher in the National League, heavy drinking and a year on the Western Front have aged him. Game 7 finds Alexander lounging in the bullpen, nursing a hangover. He's about to be called up in relief with the game on the line and has no idea. What follows is legend.
