Quick pencil sketch in pastel colors: a gorgeous woman with short, fiery red hair, gracefully performing the "Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana) Part 1 (Cow Pose, Bitilasana) pose. She is dressed in a short, revealing croptop and tight shorts. Shot from the side. She is captured mid-stretch, with a soft, natural light illuminating her from the side. The image has the characteristic slightly muted colors, soft focus. Made by a skilled artist.
A detailed colored pencil drawing in a realistic style, depicting a pale woman with short, bright red, wavy hair, wearing a white sports bra and light blue short shorts, in a yoga pose resembling a gentle cow pose (Bitilasana). She is on her hands and knees, with her back slightly arched and her head tilted back, eyes closed, and a subtle smile on her face, as if in a meditative or blissful state. Her skin shows subtle freckles and textures, adding to the realism. The background is a light, subtly textured wash of pale yellow, pink, and blue, with soft light rays streaming from the upper left. Behind her, drawn in a lighter, sketch-like style with thin lines, are abstract and organic shapes, including a spiral pattern and a faint outline of a woman's profile facing right, with swirling, intricate details around it, creating a dreamlike or ethereal atmosphere. The floor beneath her is a light wooden texture. The artist's signature, "Amstel," is visible in the bottom right corner.
