This Grigorii matriarch is known as Scourge of the Wicked among the supernatural set, because she will drink the life and eat the mind of a bad person without giving it a second thought, even if it's another Grigorii. She sees a lot of bad people as an ER doctor. In fact, it's one of the reasons why she became a physician in the first place (like many Grigorii, Dr. Smith has a genius-level intellect, and she could be anything she wanted to be).

Despite her willingness to harm monstrous Grigorii, on three occasions she has refused the invitation of various Monster Hunter groups to join them.
