Oceans in Peril

In ancient blue, where silence sings, A world beneath with fragile wings. Our oceans vast, their beauty pure, Yet human hands bring an unsure cure.

Plastic waves and toxic streams, Invade the waters of our dreams. Creatures suffer, corals fade, In a shadowed world that we have made.

The gentle giants, lost in haze, Their echoes haunt our careless ways. The fish that swim, the birds that dive, Struggle now to stay alive.

But hope's not lost within this fight, We must rise up, bring back the light. To cleanse the seas, to heal the earth, To give our oceans a rebirth.

So let us act, with hearts so true, To save the seas, for me and you. For future's sake, we must be wise, And protect our oceans 'neath the skies.
