With the concept of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I am working on creating visuals to depict my inner emotions. This is one of the first images created to try to exhibit my mental image on my Defensive part, one of my protectors. I imagine my Defensive part to be an orange 16-18 year old skinny-ish boy with an angular face and short messy hair. I imagine it drawn chaotically in orange colored pencil. This generated image is no where close to my goal, but I thought I would document my progression. Side note: I don’t know what’s going on with this boy’s feet and limbs, but it’s wildin’.
