C3PO's sister was never cast because they said she was just too high of a percentage bronze, I don't consider that to be fair, i mean come on that's metal profiling and its wrong, just because a robot is part bronze doesn't make it a bad robot, it just lowers the tensile strength and recycling value, which has nothing to do with acting ability!
