Reclining on Roman-style dining couches are seven anthropomorphic animals. The first and second are anthropomorphic ants, one wears a Roman-style tunic and senatorial toga, the other wears a Roman-style dress. The third is Agatha, an anthropomorphic German spaniel with uniform glossy reddish-brown fur that shimmers in the light. Agatha wears an elegant dark green dress. The fourth is Dogula, an anthropomorphic Transylvanian hound. Dogula wears black robes and a black cloak with a high collar and prominently shows his long canines protruding past his lower lip. The fifth sixth and seventh are anthropomorphic cats. One anthropomophic cat is an elderly tabby, another is orange and roundish the last is fully white. All three anthropomorphic cats wear red robes and cloaks and carry a rapier in a sheath attached to their belt.

More about Big-Antium - a journey into the past

Lord Falacer of Big-Antium receives his guests with grace. Unfortunately neither he, nor his wife have seen their son since he fled from Antwarp. Nevertheless they have a story to tell.
"He was always a bit difficult, ever since he was a larva," Lord Falacar explains, "He resented that we were not Kings of Antium as our ancestors had been. At first he would say Antium should be ours. As he grew older, he said that we should be the true heirs to the throne, since the Queen was only a female. He felt that only males should rule. We tried to explain to him that ruling required actual skills and that the queen was our sovereign. But he would not listen. As a young ant freshly hatched from his pupa, he decided to leave Antonesia. He told us he was looking for a more sane kingdom. He was gone for many years. When he returned, he had changed. We thought, when he entered the Queen's service that he had matured, we rejoiced in his sucess. We were blind to his faults. We should have seen the storm coming, we should have warned her Majesty. But, he is our son, no matter what, we still love him."
"Do you have any idea where he could be?" Agatha Misty askes.
"Alas no, we fear he may have fled the country." Lord Falacar answers.
"Do you know where he might have learned some magic?" Lord Dogula wants to know.
"We did not even know he could do magic until he revealed that himself." Lord Falacar sais. "He must have learned it during his travels."
"There are only a few schools of magic he could have gone to," Lord Dogula sais. "I suggest we split up again. Miss Misty and I will travel to these schools of magic, while you, my dear Wiskerteers, should track down that smith who vanished when Lord Laverno did."
They all agree to this plan, knowing full well that the task ahead of them will be monumental.
