The rain flooded
portions of the land,
brightened all the colors,
brought forth the earthy
musky pleasant fragrance
that could be breathed in deeply
of what has been called
the mother. All felt closer
within this moist embrace,
gently warmed by the morning
sun, glistening within a quiet
stillness that peacefully
filled the air for all,
for one.
