During my lunch break, I came across an old drawing journal from 50 years ago. At some point, in a fit of rage, I had ripped up the pages, only to later reassemble them into various collages in a calmer state. The rubber cement I used has since turned brown and deteriorated, exposing the reverse side of the pages, which now possess a time capsule-like quality. I carefully peeled each piece off the mounting page, reassembled them, and then taped them to the inside of my work van’s windshield. I took a picture of the collage and ran it through Deep Dream’s Enhance Filter. Voilà!
