Inspired by the Apple ][ Dakin5 tools, Uniprompt (originally developed for KDS5000 data entry) presents multiple fields from a Class (or Struct), and allows them to be edited by the user. Each field has a limiting range (e.g. 1_999), a maximum field length (e.g 80 chars), and a name (which relates to the Class's symbol table). The four arrow keys, PgUp, PgDown, Home, End, and Tab/Shift Tab, allow keyboard movement among the fields. (Mouse operation will be an alternative.) The user can redesign the layout using the ESC editor, and use it as a basis for report output (e.g. Invoices, Stock Control, Accounts, etc.) Sliders and Radio Buttons are also available.
