Like her sister Missy, Evie is a Blood Child of the Delacroix Line, born to a woman of the Line, Vera Marie Delacroix ; this is as opposed to a Shining Child, an adoptee chosen by precognitives, like Maria Christina Delacroix (q.v.). Being a Blood Child, she is a Grigorii witch, and as such she is an Initiated member of the Crimson Circle, a Coven of witch-women. The corresponding Circle for men is the Blood Circle. I haven't decided if these Grigorii are cannibals or not - maybe they could be in some kind of "blood-drinkers only" category, as their Circles' names suggest. Evie is the "good girl" as opposed to the "bad girl" Evie (at https://deepdreamgenerator.com/ddream/wvi15njzffm and elsewhere). Perhaps Missy would drink blood, and Evie wouldn't, in the unlikely event that the Delacroix matriarchs allowed personal choice in the matter.
