To dust you had returned,
And finally, you’re released to the air,
wandering through the cosmos.
You are home again,
stardust among the stars
from which we all came.

A thought that brings light,
and yet…
I remain behind
with feelings of loneliness.
Do you have the same
where you are now?

I send my thoughts across the distance,

One last farewell from me,
for now, until forever
