Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in his holy place?
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart.
Consider it pure joy whenever you face trials of many kinds, because the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
