In the third frame is an office equipment shop, with the caption "And sells Apple printer cards".The fourth frame shows a kitchen design shop, with the caption "... and meets a kitchen design company, and writes KDS 5000". The fifth frame shows the inside of a cable warehouse, with the caption "... And then the MUG 'Wanderland'." Finally the sixth frame shows a pink-haired woman wearing a tie-dye kaftan, sitting at a desk with a computer, and the caption is "The previous code inspires ::SHE+ILA::".
After college in 1976 I did some random Cobol job, then taught Business Data Processing at South West London College near Battersea, then decided I wanted a change, so tried selling Apple printerface cards. While buzzing round Morden I bumped into a kitchen design company whose programmer had just left, and were writing "KDS 5000" a 3D perspective CAD program. I then moved onto a cable company in Croydon who wanted an online dial-up system, and wrote "Wanderland", a Multi-User Adventure game, inspired by Richard Bartle's MUD. In 1990 I changed jobs again and worked for an IVR company in Lewisham until I retired in 2012, moving to the East Midlands in 2016, and resurrecting a lot of code I'd written, inspiring my DIY operating system and programming language ::SHE+ILA::. Sorry folks if this looks like a CV or résumé, lol :)
