Lost in the dust a race has clearly started, peak around the corner. I body rolled; gasp, stutter, shift, lost in the dust with an apex so crisp. For shadows dance upon sun dials, we merge, riposte, and learn.
A force of wills, a standard in discipline we all urn for the next cross, the next redoubled effort, a grasp, the winner circle smashed. We found the lost? We have the lead, one more indulgence, an absurd belief. Why shouldn't it be me?!
Won in arrogance, one in wonder, lost twice in the last day dream. Tare my world asunder, lost in a prophetic rage: a refusal...
Ouch! So much for toying with my enlightened cage.
For a loss isn't far from a win, and that is how we adjust for one more spin. We grace the track in solemn oath. We pledge the light we will never pledge in pride what we may remit to our future ghosts.
Wins, losses, the game isn't played the same, grace given, grace received.
Love For Ever More,
