Can you find all of the Mostly Two-Dimensional Characters ? Sorry, but no, you can't, because no one can. If they want to hide, they can turn sideways and pretty much disappear, e.g., there are a few dozen hiding behind that tall lamp-post. However, they might have good publicists and / or develop a cult following - then you'll see them everywhere.
