* Inspiration was from the movie A Knight's Tale, the flashback scene when William is on the stockade talking to his father about changing the stars.
* Joan of Arc was never actually knighted. She did lead the armies of Charles VII as a spiritual leader, helping him be crowned King of France.
* The irony that I took inspiration from A Knight's Tale which is mostly about Englishmen, when Joan of Arc helped end English control in France, is not lost on me.
