Violence often begins where love once lived —
behind closed doors, in the shadows of separation,
in the rooms where trust used to breathe.

While politics distract society with division and spotlight on minor issues,
the real wounds remain unspoken:
Women who die because they loved.
Children who stay silent because they are afraid.

There must be protection — true, deep, human protection —
for every woman and every child.
Every woman who dies is a daughter, a sister, a mother —
a silenced heartbeat, a stolen life.

In Turkey we say: “Kadın insandır, erkek insanoğlu.”
The woman is the human being; the man is the child of humanity.
And: “Heaven lies beneath the mother’s feet.”

Every murdered woman is a closed gate to Heaven —
and a shame for all humankind.
