The lion with a crown represents strength, power, and authority. In the same way, Jesus has the power to defeat sin and death, and He has the authority to rule over all things. Through His death and resurrection, He conquered sin and death, and offers us the gift of eternal life.
In 1 Corinthians 15:55-57, it says, "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." These verses remind us that because of Jesus, we no longer have to fear death or the power of sin. We have victory through Him.
As Christians, we can take comfort in the fact that we serve a God who is victorious over sin and death. We can have hope in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. And we can find strength and courage in knowing that the Lion of Judah, the one who conquered sin and death, is on our side.
So, as we look upon the lion with a crown, let us remember the ultimate victory that Jesus won for us on the cross. Let us have faith and trust in Him, knowing that His power and authority are greater than anything we may face in this life. And let us give thanks to God for the victory He has given us through our Lord Jesus Christ.
