Retired veterinary technician, back problems forced me to do other lines of work. I did photography for Lifetouch Nat'l School Studios for just 1 year as doing assembly line mug shots of kids was boring with no creativity involved. Also did real estate photography for Homes & Land of Contra Costa County magazine as well as some free lance concert photography.
Missed the animals so got into pet sitting & started my own biz 20+ years ago. Did some pro photography as well on the side. Now am retired with an occasional pet sitting gig and having fun with this AI hobby. My real creativity is in my beading: https://pbase.com/cits_4_pets/bead
For some reason I can bead without getting headaches, but photography I often got headache processing the pix (shot in RAW), so hardly use my camera much. Maybe staring at the computer was hard on eyes, whereas beading I am often looking away at the TV or pattern I am following.
I spend more time now beading & enjoy participating in the clubs in my community playing board & card games & a wee bit of volunteering.
I do this just for fun, as the computer is the artist & not me, but so much fun to see what AI will produce. My real creativity is in my beading hobby making jewelry, 3D ornaments & functional art that sell at the art studio. Beading gallery (sorry I do not sell online): https://pbase.com/cits_4_pets/bead
I like doing a diversity of dreams, with my fave subjects animals often in a whimsical non serious setting. Even though the landscapes & portraits have done the best for me as far as likes & inspiration points, I do what is fun & not what got the mass approval. Though many of my dreams are on the quirky, humorous side, I still like them to have an esthetic look and good composition, often needing to crop and use the editor.
There are some exceptions for beauty such as subjects that are not nice in the real world such as the Tax Collector or companies that ruin our environment...then those will not be very pretty!
Hopefully my dreams with make people laugh or smile as well as inspired.
Unless mentioned my prompts are original & if inspired by a real artist (not AI art though an occasional AI dream will inspire me) I try to remember to mention that in the description but sometimes that gets overlooked when I am using the TRY button on my own dreams, as I have already credited someone at least once.
I value originality & creativity with good composition. There are styles I personally don't care for but I do appreciate the artistry and will give likes to them..but limit likes to well under 200 a day now.
